Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Payments Turbo Tax software worked fine. When I tried to log into Intuit to pay for my State return, I did not remember my password. I was sent around and around and around, and it still did not let me reset my password.

When I asked a question that she was not sure about, she knew where to look, she took a moment to research, and provided me with an answer.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This was so easy! I had been so anxious about taxes, it just is not something that is enjoyable and as a small business owner I always anticipate owing a large lump sum. My previous accountant last year really messed up my taxes with errors I caught as a very untrained person so I decided to do them myself this year. It was so easy with Turbotax, there were so many write offs that they listed that I never thought of and my previous accountant never asked about. I feel so empowered and knowledgeable about my personal and business taxes now and I know what documents to hang onto for next years taxes. Thank you for this wonderful product it has really made me feel at ease!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Moving Elsewhere... I've done my taxes as a student for free for years, but now at the very end of the process I'm told I have to pay for Deluxe. Will use a different website in the future.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use but I hate that you have to pay more You are already buying the software. I think it is terrible that you have to pay twice for the software. You should get one state free with the purchase of the software.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Same incomplete product, new for 2022 Been using TurboTax for years, and each year I'm frustrated by prompts for information that should already be available from my previous return. Why do I need to go back to look at box X on my 1040 from last year when I start TurboTax with importing my data from the previous year? Roth conversion is not straight forward, having to bounce between editing forms manually and reviewing prompts over and over. Don't think the HSA stuff was filled in properly either.
