Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is Fantastic! I began my taxes with a different service this year and became anxious and frustrated with the process. I was told there was an issue to fix and was provided practically no guidance in resolving the problem. I had used this service the past several years but after receiving little to no help when I needed it, I am glad it forced me to try a different service. TurboTax provided explanations and instructions along the way that made me feel confident that the information I was providing was correct. The basic help chat always had a clear cut answer that actually helped when I had a question. I will definitely be using TurboTax again next year! Very happy with the process!
