Rated 1 out of 5 by from not user friendly We needed to borrow a friend's an old computer to run windows 10, didn't know that prior to purchasing. It was a nightmare, not user friendly. If you really want to help small businesses, you should have online video calls with someone who can do it for you.

I had to start over so many times and decided to just file my federal tax and probably mail my state tax form instead of using this app.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why on earth did I have to pay twice? I bought turbotax premiere at a store. Then I had to pay again when I file? That was a hidden fee that I did not know. I basically paid twice the sticker price. Getting worse every year.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not so great. I have used Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember. This new version was OK, but the changes made things more difficult. I had to seek an answer to "Where do you account for Cost of Goods Sold?" for business inventory and I could not exam an of the "forms" until I was at the point of filing the return. It seems to have worked OK, but why change it?
