Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is Decent and that is all I have been with Turbo Tax for 7 years now and this was probably my last year using them. It cost me $145 in fees using the most basic of services (not Max) to file both Federal and State ($105.00) and then the $40.00 fee to pay with my Federal refund (which Missouri wont let you do anyway for State balances to be paid). For what they charge, I think I could've used a few other services to a better financial result. For the most part the product is user friendly but I will try a different one next year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax still has issues on the Delaware Return Unfortunately when one calls the people answering the calls are not knowledgeable about the product or the taxes making it very frustrating. However, when you finally get to a level 2 support person it is much easier. I wish they would test the Delaware return better than they have been doing.
