Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works well but trouble with state efile this year I have used turbotax for over 20 years now and while it can be a little cryptic to use at times it has functioned well. However, this year my state tax (Indiana) would not efile. No errors. It would just spin the blue circle for a few seconds and stop without doing anything. I contacted live support via chat, and they gave up trying to solve my problem after several tries. All reviews and checks were clean without any errors. Now I need to figure out how to get my $50.00 back.
