The only reason I didn't give it a five-star is because of the cost. I get it that they have many experts to pay. Overall, I love the product.

I found the experience generally Ok with success at the end. The delays this year appears more of a problem with my internet connection than with the online turbo tax program.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is easy and accurate!! I have used Turbo Tax to do my own taxes for the last several years and I find it very easy and accurate to use. I was paying an accountant several hundred dollars to do my taxes. Now my taxes cost under $100 with Turbo Tax. My dad suggested I try doing them on my own since I do not have a very complicated return. I was nervous because I have never done them before, but Turbo Tax made me feel confident that I was doing them correctly and getting the maximum refund. I love how Turbo Tax walks you through each step and explains everything!! I also love that Turbo Tax imports the data from my previous year's taxes into my current year so I can compare the numbers. I highly recommend Turbo Tax, it makes doing your taxes easy and accurate!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use but REALLY EXPENSIVE for simple retur Easy to use but was insanely expensive for just a simple basic return! I'm barely getting anything back as it is, then to be charged $158(!!!) for nothing special or extra really sucks. Will need to rethink next year at this high cost!
