Rated 3 out of 5 by from Horrible Assistance I did the live chat for help on several items. The agent was frustrated to connect to my screen and said forget about it. They kept rushing me to end chat. Finally at the end when I asked about if I can change the turbo deluxe pay option, they ended the chat. If you have no patience, customer service is not for you. I don't appreciate how I was treated especially when taxes are stressful enough.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I lost money from my original refund for no reason My original refund said I would get $2,512.70. I was charged $207 dollars because of using TurboTax online and was forced to pay for upgrades to the standard service. No explanation provided as to why that is but okay. Then at the end my refund back said it would be $1700. Now if my math is correct…that doesn’t make any bit of sense. EVEN BETTER, no explanation as to why it was so much lower. Cool stuff.
