Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a relief! This was my first time using Turbo Tax and I was pretty intimidated by the whole tax filing process. I tried to do it on my own and I wasn't confident in my math or ability to follow the complex process of filing. Within minutes of creating an account, I was finally making progress. They made filing an extension fast and easy, and I was able to get a sizeable refund, instead of paying additional taxes like I thought.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Getting harder to fill out State forms not available for filing until weeks after they were available. Very little explanation on pages as to how to proceed. Had to almost be a tax expert ourselves not using most expensive filing option.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not Easy if you have to file in more than 1 state Paid for extra help, the First rep that called I spent almost an hour on the phone trying to explain to her that I needed help filing in 2 states. By the time she figured out how, we got part of the way through fixing it and got disconnected. I was furious. No call back, I called they said sorry no way to reconnect they’ll get me another rep. AFTER AN HOUR ON THE PHONE, RIDICULOUS. I scheduled another appt another day bc I was too frustrated to go through that again that day. The second rep was great. Very helpful, gasped the situation very easily and was done in 15 min.
