Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to follow, using it for 10 years I feel comfortable using your soft ware. I took courses to learn how to prepare taxes. I retired but I always loved math and since and once a year I like to dive into tax preparation it keeps me alert and up to date. When I need I can get e help to all my questions.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Good product, not worth the price anymore I have been using this product for around 10 years. It was great at first and for the most part it still is. I used it for not only myself, but my son as well. As the years went by, I feel like TurboTax is nickel and diming us for every feature of their product. I never used to pay for a state return, however I understand a small fee for convenience, not 50 dollars. I never paid a fee to use my federal return to pay for the product, now it is 40 dollars. The list goes on. TurboTax knows they have people right where they want them and charge them extra fees (where they never used to) because people want their, and need their return as quickly and as easily as possible. Next year I will be looking in to competitors products for the first time.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from very disappointed We have used Turbo Tax for years and loved it. I was very disappointed this year. My husband died April 30, 2020 and Turbo Tax could not handle the IRS from being rejected. The IRS will be rejecting alot this year with all the Covid deaths.
