Rated 5 out of 5 by from 2023 Review I loved working with the tax expert. She was very educated and answered all of my questions. The only thing I didn't like was that the preparer before getting to my tax expert said it would be all filed in one call. That did not happen. I understand I needed to get a few more things to my tax expert, but it was about two weeks total, which is the same as years past. Please don't advertise that it will get filed the same day, if that is not the case.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax extra charges I chose to pay for state tax with a credit card on the state website, but turbo tax charged $29 to pay with my refund and there was no way to go around it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax is a ripoff Turbotax forces you to upgrade to premium simply because you have investment accounts but does not actually review or change any of the documents when premium status is applied. They tell you its a certain price for premium, but the price listed is just for federal. You also pay premium for your state return then you pay even more just for them to use your refund as the payment. This entire thing is a rip off and its so many hidden fees just for them to not actually give you any benefit.
