Rated 4 out of 5 by from Get's the job done right! Turbo tax takes you through every little detail and if there is something that gets missed or needs correction the insurance is nice. I would say the only downside is having a child's name changed. For some reason turbo tax doesn't recognize the new legal last name and my return gets rejected. (Yes SS and birth certificate are all updated with the new last name).

They're the BEST TurboTax Expert I have ever worked with, right up there with Melissa A. Not only did Tammy guide me through a rather complex tax situation, but also helped me amend a tax return from a prior year to ensure my compliance with tax law. HE WAS CALM AND PATIENT in collecting and uploading my information. He was wonderful. Douglas is the best yet! Douglas made filing my income tax simple. I am amazed at his speed of completing my return. Thank You Douglas!
