Rated 2 out of 5 by from Aggravating Lack of Support I couldn't get an explanation to an error in your wording without paying for advice. Wording stated I would receive a W-2c. Not I might or may but I would and I wanted to know how you knew that. I didn't get a W-2c and don't expect one. With all the hacks in the world this was concerning and its your communication that I should be able to get an explanation of for free. Not from amateurs on chat or google. Once I found a customer service number I never received an adequate explanation. Very unhappy and a bit concerned as I hit submit.
