Rated 1 out of 5 by from Virginia State Business Tax Error We are a small business getting all our income within Virginia. Your VA State Tax software keeps asking me to fill VA502A, which prevented me to electronically file my state tax. I consider this a big failure on your side.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to use and easy to get help This is my first time doing our taxes on my own. Everyone kept telling me how easy it was to use Turbo Tax and I now have to agree. I was nervous about making a mistake, but since we are retired, things are easier and more straightforward for out tax situation. I did have questions about a few things but was able to speak to a representative and my questions were answered. Just hit submit and feel so relieved to be finished!
