Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good service with drawbacks Makes filing easy, though it was difficult to change the email address on my account and switch out of the old one (actually still haven't really figured it out). And $40 extra to pay the TurboTax fees out of the return feels like a pretty steep tax itself!

Turbo tax has tips and help along the way in addition to being able to auto import your W2 if your employer is a partner and/or uses ADP. Even when they can't auto fill your W2 they still auto fill in employer info for you. The whole process is user friendly and quick. We will continue to use Turbo Tax every year.
