Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax mishandler my return for 4 months I was punted from Erika to a man name Thomas who never responded to me. My 2021 situation was vastly different that my return from my previous 10 years. I was very stressed about my situation and wanted to use a high service to ensure it was done correctly. Overall I guest my taxes on smartasset and had to file and extension with no feedback from the turbotax team which was very close to my actual return, with no feedback from the team. I was forced to extend because I had no way to identify where my return as in the process. During that time I had to pass on financial decisions which greatly affected my ability sustain myself in 2022. Ultimately I could have got better service from the self service. Turbotax really put me in a bad situation and I will be looking for alternate methods for my 2022 filing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax for the WIN!!! TurboTax is such an awesome product that guided me through filing my taxes without any confusion or any extra fuss. This year I was a little behind on filing my taxes due to previous forms that needed attention and even then was this tool easily accessible and allowed me to complete all my tax forms properly, it even provided me with a LiveChat tax expert for a few questions that I needed assistance with!!! My family and friends have ALWAYS suggested me to use TurboTax Online since my very first tax filing.
