Rated 5 out of 5 by from Super easy and user-friendly! Turbo Tax makes the yearly task of filing taxes so easy. Very well-paced with cheerful graphics and animations. I always opt for the MAX benefits and file my taxes with complete peace of mind. Love the extra help on hand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Incorrect advice from the Chat Expert I received the wrong advice from the chat "expert" on a critical issue regarding the filing of my Property Taxes. Had I followed his initial advice, I would have had to re-file past years and would not have received the deduction for this year. I kept pressing him to clarify and he slowly but surely provided better advice. NOT as a result of his own initiative. Following the "experts" advice would have cost me days of time refiling then re-refiling to fix the problems. POORLY DONE.
