Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy I dont really write reviews but I will this one time. Been working with Turbo for few years now. Its cool. They try to get you at the end when it comes to paying though. Not sure what part of doing you taxes is FREE FREE FREE like the commercials but its still a very useful tool and gives me piece of mind.

If I don't understand something, they have a separate tab that pops up to explain the information that is needed. I've used other tax return sites and they are not nearly as great as turbotax.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Very disappointed this year I have used Turbo Tax Business several times in the past, but this year I was extremely disappointed. No guidance on what to do with EIDL Advance, and the NC state was almost worthless. I had to manually fill in forms and use multiple overrides. It would not even calculate the math on some forms. Will use other software next year!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy as always Using program was OK. Found it difficult sometimes to go back several pages to correct errors or enter new information. Program failed to load on my new Dell laptop. Got to the "activating" page and froze up Tried 3 times, same result. Called tech support. They couldn't help. Ran program on my old desktop.
