Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pretty darn satisfied Midway through my taxes, I realized it was getting too complicated with a lot of the life changes I had this year. I chose the "chicken exit" red button and signed up for TurboTax Live Full Service. It was super easy to upload my docs and I felt some sense of accomplishment that I had at least started the process before a pro took over (i.e. it wasn't totally wasted effort). Also neat that I could highlight my key questions and concerns with my return upfront AND talk to the actual human being on the other side doing my taxes. Overall super happy with the process. My only complaint was that at times I wasn't sure how long the whole process might take (days/weeks?) and so a little more transparency there would have helped. Would recommend.
