Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbotax 2021 was very difficult I had a horrible experience, the file was corrupted. The disc was corrupted and after 2 trips to Staples, I had to download rather than use the disc. I spent 3 days trying to get my 2020 return to transfer to the 2021 return and even Customer Tech Support could not get the files to open, neither forgotten password or security question would open to work. I had to input all the w2 information and all at least 3 different times because it would not save and kept getting corrupted. I am thoroughly disgusted.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbotax was a lifesaver! I had a complicated return being part of an s-corp. My professional, Anita was a lifesaver. She was very friendly , resourceful and knowledgeable. I was so relieved to have her do my taxes after struggling with them on my own for hours. End to end was very fast and un-stressful. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!
