Rated 4 out of 5 by from Buggy this year I've been using TurboTax since I began filing taxes years and years ago. This year I found that the website was buggy and what should have been a 30 minute session in one day took the better part of a week due to needing to restart and go back. Several of the issues encountered were: - The page would automatically reload, and take me back to the start of a section despite nothing having been clicked or upon immediately loading. - The page would fail to load at all, and show only a blank screen, prompting the need to either go back or forward and try to get back to a potential missed page from another location, or have to redo sections again. - Unending loading screens that continue to attempt to load until the session timeout. I'm not sure if these options were because I was choosing an option to go to TurboTax through an incentive from a bank, or if it was just updates that weren't quite set up yet. Either way, this is the first time I've really had any issue at all, and I'll be back next year hoping for better!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 7th year goin strong This is a no wait, no hassle, stress free way to file your taxes!!! My taxes was already halfway done because my information is saved to my account from the years before!! So all those simple questions are already answered so it was as easy as can be

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is.... OK over payment from tax filers for systems and services the COMPANY was CREATED FOR with the INTENDED TASKS understood to be performed. On top of that one of the payments was HIDDEN up until the very end, THEN CHARGED an ADDITIONAL FEE of 39.00 for "processing fee" hell... Ridiculous
