Rated 5 out of 5 by from Taxes made easy! We had a lot of changes (student status, job change, unemployment, child care, refinance, small buisness). I thought I needed to hire an accountant but Turbotax made everything very clear and easy to complete myself! The hardest part was my having to collect all of the documents needed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful Experience It wasn't until after I had paid my fee that there were items I needed to "fix." Wouldn't let me print and mail my forms so I was stuck trying to figure out the glitch. Of course, I could have paid even MORE money to talk to someone, but that wasn't going to happen. I do not have complicated taxes. It should not have been this difficult or time consuming.
