Rated 3 out of 5 by from Very Confusing Questions The call kept dropping when I was working with the customer service staff. Carisse was very helpful, but I was on the phone for an hour before the call dropped, and she didn't call back. She did state that the return was good to go, but the error I had never went away. The second person, Elizabeth, was also helpful, and stayed with me for an hour before the call dropped again. Elizabeth did call me back, and stayed on with me until my issue was resolved. She even asked her manager for information as we were having issues solving it. I appreciate that. The website asks some weird questions that aren't clear, even with the help links. Going from one screen to the next was confusing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax got the job done Previous to dabbling in crypto, I was able to do my taxes by hand ... but TurboTax really makes a difference in taming the bear that is crypto taxes. Learned a lot ... will be able to do better tax planning in the future!
