Rated 2 out of 5 by from problems importing financial data Could not import my financial data from the financial institution I have used for the previous 12 years with Turbotax! 4 or your agents, a supervisor, and the tier 2 team could not/ would not fix the problem. I will have to think really hard if I am going to use your service next year.
