Rated 1 out of 5 by from Charged for "included w/purchase" state return I purchased Turbo Tax Premier. It says ONE state is included; I chose PA. However, TT would not let me e-file unless I paid an additional $25 for PA. I tried to call Customer Service several times but the computer would not let me through. I would like to be contacted by Customer Service and if they correct this situation I will revise my rating.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Unexpected fees, complicated software program, This is the eighth and final year for me with Turbo Tax. Fee increases are out of line with what middle America is experiencing during these challenging times. The program has changed to make it more difficult, cumbersome to navigate, turbo tax makes it so difficult to communicate with them that most give up, the clincher? At the end after you pay the fee for the tax preparation and any defense you want and select to pay by card you are hit with a third party fee that is at best obnoxious. Had I known this was part of the price, I would have opted out this year. Buyer beware of unexpected fees. So long Turbo Tax. I will find another way next year,.

W-2 entry for a retired person was a nuisance since I don't have a W-2. The program kept asking for info in error check. The shelf employment portion was not very INTUITive!
