Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have used Turbo Tax for years Using Turbo Tax makes filing more complete and efficient. Having Turbo Tax going over all of the forms with me to find the best way to file, and asking questions, and going back over everything before filing was perfect.

I did use the instant chat button and the representative was able to join in a few minutes and share screens with me to guide me to the right area to enter my information. First time doing taxes by myself and Turbotax made it pretty simple.

Turbo Tax had me running in circles this year when filling- a lot of the "tools" & "expert" advice/help I was able to receive came straight from google. I literally had to google steps on how to do this, or how to do that when using Turbo. It may have been my own ignorance but that's me just trying to be nice. I've used Turbo for a couple of years now and this year was by far the most difficult. The tools portal (which I had to google how to locate) was very helpful.
