Rated 2 out of 5 by from Update Problems Two Years in a Row This is the 2nd year in a row that TurboTax was unable to update, and I had to download the update patch. This time even with the patch, TurboTax refused to file. I had to uninstall, re-download, reinstall as administrator (which I am anyway), and finally it worked. Every other program on my computer updates just fine.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Premier did the job after solving issues For the second time in for turbo tax premier 2021 and turbo tax premier 2022, I had to have technical support to resolve filing issues with the program. This year for turbo tax premier, I experienced great difficulty downloading an additional state tax return into my return. I had trouble signing into Intuit as a customer to purchase the additional state return and later to fine electronically through turbo tax. The solution was to sign in and verify my user identity on the intuit web site prior to trying to sign in to my account thru the program. After many attempts and technical support I found success.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Watch out for winding up paying more I was charged for a service I never asked for, when your website converted me to a premium charge without my knowledge or permission. I was supposed to be paying $59 for the deluxe filing, but your website converted me without my knowledge, with our any forewarning as it occurred, so I will never use your website again. In addition, you really stuck it to me when I also got charged right at the point of filing, for my state return, so that the total cost for filing was $178.
