Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made filing our taxes a whole lot easier Turbotax is a great tool for filing our taxes. I used to dread the process but Turbotax makes it a whole lot less stressful. Keeping accurate records did help but Turbotax forms are easy to use. I did need to talk with one of their tax consultants and she was very pleasant and knowledgable. We are very pleased with the results

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Excessive fees I've been with TurboTax 8 years. But if fees don't go down I will be trying someone else next year. It's never the amount quoted. Always more fees taken out than expected.
