Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sure got expensive & wouldn't auto load anything I have used TurboTax for years and this is the first year I didn't get my State return for free, which doubled the price. Plus, it never seems to remember me from year to year and the last two years now I've had to hand enter everything because it won't auto load anything! It did me no good to enter our charitable contributions on ItsDeductible because TurboTax didn't have an option to upload it. I had to enter it all again by hand. What kind of crap is that! I think it's time to shop for a new tax prep platform; I'm not impressed.

I was also disappointed that I waited 48 hours for the expert to answer the question I put in the question box for a review. Then I had to sit for a half hour on the chat to get help. So otherwise it would be a 5 star
