Rated 3 out of 5 by from TurboTax is okay I had issues with importing my stock & crypto trades from Robinhood. Of ~80 entries they pulled in from my Robinhood account, half of them needed review because the purchase dates were incorrect (these were for short options I opened, where it pulled in the wrong date of the option writing). Additionally, after reviewing all of those, there was a mysterious blank entry from Robinhood that was very difficult to track down the origin of. Ultimately I discovered that TurboTax had created forms for two 1099-B's from Robinhood, one where everything got imported and another that was empty. All of this extra review and bug tracing was very cumbersome and felt unnecessary for a service that cost nearly $100 to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy and Helpful I've used them for years Would recommend this over any other tax preparation process. Always helpful and reliable. Great product and especially if you have a simple return, no reason to spend hundreds of dollars on other preparation services and I have always received an appropriate return. Not to mention my return has been received within 2-3 weeks of filing.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax is good if you know what you're doing TurboTax is good for people who are more knowledgeable about their taxes. I would like to see someone in person in the future to help me better understand how to avoid owing on our taxes for next year and to understand the newest system that was implemented in 2020.
