Rated 1 out of 5 by from crash, lost 5 hours of work, had to start all over TurboTax Deluxe 2020 crashed on macOS Big Sur 11.2.3, which cost me 5 hours of work, since I have to start all over again. I made the mistake of not having saved my return to a file. Bad enough for TurboTax to crash. But not asking to save returns upon entering first data? Not storing backups? Not offering automatic recovery upon restart? So, File->Open Recent is just empty. No backup files to be found under my home directory. What a poor software design by intuit.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better tthan expected Filing 1040 from overseas, expertise with form 2555 and applicablity thereof is of the paramount importance to an expatriate American. Turbo Tax experts impressed me as having good level of understanding the unique circumstances and helped me navigate throuogh the tax jungle.

I just copied and pasted some pdf files, checked a few boxes, typed in some basic information, and done!. Not only that, the tax exemption assessment is extremely thorough and efficient. With the free option, I still get all of my returns. All of that in an seemingly flawless program. Not the level of quality I was expecting from a big name brand for a free service with such a high market demand. It's a way better program then the old $120+ TurboTax CD's from not that long ago. A free tax filing program that takes a cut of 0% and is of this quality makes me question the state of big business. This is an absolutely fantastic service provided by TurboTax.
