Rated 3 out of 5 by from Unhappy this year I had bad experiences with Turbo Tax this year. In the past, I used Win XP, Win 7 etc. This year I was forced to use Win 10. I did not have this crappy program on any computer and all of mine were so old I was advised not to try and install win 10 on them. I purchased a new computer that had Win 10 already installed. I went to load the Turbo Tax program, but the new computer does not have an optical drive. ended up having to find some that could transfer the TT program to a thumb drive in order to install it on my new computer. Got it working and completed my taxes. When it came time to transmit the completed taxes, I could not enter my credit card information. I tried for 4 hours before I was able to complete the transmission and put an end to this nightmare.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax has made more difficult to understand. I use to like to use Turbo tax now they nickel and dime you. Filing federal and state tax via e-file used to be included in the program and now you're charged for it. It's annoying.
