Rated 3 out of 5 by from It's Alright It's an effective platform, but they are con artists. They put in the smallest font on the screen that paying with our refund will cost money. Then, when we miss that, they make it super complicated to go back and select another option. I believe that is an intentional strategy to get more money and they should not be treating customers that way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from few bugs on the property tax credit but great! Thurough and easy. Finally seems I don't have to mail in my Illinois return for investing in a High Impact Business. A few minor hiccups. TT Premier considered "$0" an error when the program asked how much property tax was paid on property not our primary residence and considered it an error when I entered the property tax pin for non primary residential properties as zero's. Hopefully a minor glich I hope doesn't come back to us considering we don't have any other properties other than the primary residence we've lived in for years. Premier let us file despite these issues.

He was wonderful to work with. He understood and answered my question in a manner that instill confidence. He was competent, pleasant, and efficient.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Love them! I have been using TurboTax for about 6 or more years now and it has always been so simple. I would love it if they gave those who have been with them long term more deals in terms of filing fees, but I’ve always enjoyed how easy and quick it is to file yourself.
