Rated 2 out of 5 by from TurboTax Customer Service Awful customer service product knowledge. Representatives could not answer basic questions and missed multiple scheduled meetings. Spent >10 hours on the phone with customer service in order to prepare this years taxes due to the lack of knowledge from the "tax experts" as it relates to the turbotax software.

(Even in the free edition.) I love the simplicity of it and I can stop and start where I left off at any point. I will continue using TurboTax. 10/10 I do recommend.

Well streamlined instructions. I did miss having last year's information automatically available, in turbo tax but hopefully it will be there here forward.
