Rated 1 out of 5 by from They took all my money Something must be broken, last year I got $900 and this year only $53?! The service should be free if your refunds so low. Turbo tax got my whole return and then some. I'm very unsatisfied, this is the last time I will ever use TurboTax

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TT 2022 flawless so far TT Deluxe 2022 worked well for filing Fed and State this year. No flaws and no crashes, unlike my experience with TT Deluxe 2021 (working on iMac platform). One feature I DON'T like is how software handles file names. If I want to save a duplicate draft return the method for changing the name and file location is not very elegant - should be just as easy as any other file management software

The cost always surprises me, and they hide the free tax option so well and behind so many limitations that it is personally not worth the search. However, the service is too easy, too clean to find another option. Taxes are super convenient with TurboTax.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Needs Process Streamlined - Don't Sell Me Process can be better streamlined. Too much emphasis on importing - need to go through 4 steps to input data yourself; make this an option up front. New PDF import is nice. Pushes Credit Karma too much and defaults to it as the direct deposit. Given Turbo Tax costs more than other services - Don't sell other stuff (Credit Karma). Looking for a smooth, no hassle experience.
