After multiple phone calls with less competent associates over 2 hours, I got a call from Joseph, an expert who helped me with all the questions.

In fact, I am awaiting an answer It seems the last update DISALLOWED me to get back into my ongoing tax return. Until I tried many different answers for the security question.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turning me towards H&R Block Between the fee of $125 for Federal and State, there is the additional fee for using credit card, *$69,92 in my case that for close to $200 total, I may just pass on the frustration of doing it myself and just have H&R Block do it next year,
