Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good for Federal and State, awful for municipal Well done for Federal and State tax filing except Backdoor Roth IRA Conversion (nondeductable IRA contribution and conversion in same year) was not well done - unless I seach for ROTH CONVERSION prior to filingm your software made me pay tax on the IRA conversion - would have cost me over 3,000. This should be a question 'did you do a Roth conversion - and walked me through the steps instead of assuming my IRA distribution was taxable and not converted. Also the Cleveland RITA municipal tax form continues to not work - has been a problem every year, not even sure why this is in your software as RITA tax filing is done on the RITAOHIO website and is quick and painless, and your software keeps asking me to fill out information pertaning to wages earned local municipality and municipality of residence in a form that does not work correctly and is useless and I we file municipal taxes on the ritaohio website.
