Initially encountered an issue with the download from the CD; tried a couple times and both times was ejected as being unreadable ... so went to the Intuit website to do an online download ... that was a trip that took well over an hour to figure out even with using the online help ... BUT, finally got it to work/download! Once I got started it was relatively simple as in the previous years - Yes, so do love TurboTax!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax and Experts are Wonderful ! Filing taxes on a computer was a terrifying idea. My son-in-law recommended TurboTax so I took a chance and it worked out great. Angel got me started through the income sections and William helped me finish it out. It was a great experience and I ended with a huge sigh of relief. I am so grateful TurboTax was here to help me since Covid-19 has kept so many on us seniors isolated for a year.
