Rated 3 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax Is Great But Needs Improvement Definitely needs to improve the way it just skips over sections once you hit the back button, it makes things too confusing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax is not awesome, will cost me thousands$$ Four years ago, Turbo Tax said open an IRA. I made too much for Roth, not big deal. They suggest I open a traditional IRA for the tax benefits. Fast forward a few years and NOW I'm told my income doesn't even qualify as earned income, leaving me with heavy penalties to make it right. I'll lose 10% off any earnings, plus 6% ($350) for each year there was an overage. I'm guess this is cumulative, so right there, I'm in for around $2500, plus regular federal tax. Last year I'm doing my own with TT and I've been a customer for around 20 years. Life throws us enough curveballs, last thing I need is to be on the wrong side of the IRS!
