Rated 1 out of 5 by from Why Intuit? Why? I use Quickbooks for bookkeeping year round and it's ok. But tubotax would not import the data, despite that being the main reason I purchased the program, and the support network is non existent outside of forums. $170 program and I can't get any live support. Also, I thought that since Intuit makes quickbooks and turbotax they would be seamless together. Not even close.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax isn't what it used to be I file with Turbo Tax every year and it seems like they are just trying to grab money from you even if you are trying to do a basic efile for free. They tout the Free Addition but then make it almost impossible to use. It used to be nice, easy, and free. My taxes are not complicated. In the end I am not saving any money and I might as well go to a tax accountant because at this point its going to cost the same. I don't think that we will be using them next year.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple, helpful, and works like it should Turbo Tax continues to be a simple tool for submitting my taxes. I've used it for several years now and the auto-import of data from previous years is wonderful. If I had one complaint it would be the upselling of features by default, rather than by user choice. Having to opt out of upsell charges is a little shady. Otherwise, it's an amazing tax tool!
