Rated 3 out of 5 by from Got confused Normally, I really like Turbotax. I purchased 2 deluxe programs from target. Did my taxes online and went to put in the code. That's where the confusion came. Did my taxes with the online version and could not enter the license code because I did them online. That was my mistake, however it is stupid that you cannot enter the license code. So now I have to start over with download and do them again? No thanks, I just paid for it again and filed. Really irked that the dumb online program won't accept the license code. So ended up throwing 2 deluxe in the trash at 59 .00 per. Gave 3 star because my mixup, but shame on turbotax for the license not acceptable with online version. Seems so simple to do.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Had issues with TurboTax this year Have used this before. Only one thing changed this year, but I had issues with the program. I would enter the information it asked for, then when it was time to review my info, it would ask questions that had not been asked before. At one point in the review, I would confirm an answer and it would loop me directly back to the review where I would have to confirm the very same answer and be looped back to the review. At one point, I had to delete some info and then re-enter it, and yet when I went to review that info had not been deleted, it had been duplicated. Very upset that I had to pay $67 more than last year and literally was frustrated 80% of the time. Will be searching for a different program to use next year.
