Rated 5 out of 5 by from A lifesaver! I was so worried about my first tax filing as I was never taught how filing actually works and I have multiple streams of income. I was literally drowning in the stress before deciding to just set up a TurboTax account and let an expert handle it. Was honestly one of the best decisions I've made in a while.

At the very end when I'm ready to file for free, we used Robinhood to sell and repurchase stock one time so this REQUIRED us to use Premium - at $119 for federal filing and another $50 for state. This cost more than what we sold the stock for.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is efficient and it works!! My experience with Turbo Tax is that it has reliably helped me to complete my tax returns, Turbo Tax uses all the tax credits available to me as well as completing the dividends and interest income sent by my broker.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simple to Follow, Great Explanations I used to use a different tax help website, but this year my boyfriend was telling me how much more user-friendly TurboTax is. Decided to give it a try, and I'm glad I did. I was happy with my other tax help place, but TurboTax was much easier to follow and the explanations were easier to understand for a non-tax-guru mind. I'm glad I switched, and I plan to use them again next year for my self-employment and personal tax refunds!

I have been using Turbotax for over 10 years, I got surprised to discover that I could not import my business information from Quickbooks. Being able to import that information was the reason that I would not even consider any other tax program. Now I guess that there is not that benefit to using Turbotax.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Almost easy, awesome assistance if you get stuck It was pretty easy and straight foward, I did get stuck on the state tax returns but had two very great people help me through it. Which I appreciate very much and I'm waiting on the emails for performance to give them the thumbs up.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Fixing Errors was NOT Easy My tax return was rejected due to an error in filing 1095-A. And walked through the process and it didn't actually fix the error. If this doesn't work, I'll have to go over to HR Block and start from scratch, because Turbo Tax keeps using old info from last year.
