I wasn't able to e-file because of continuous errors. I was told to enter information then told not to enter that same information. I went for 20 minutes until I was completely frustrated.

Turbo Tax has made it easier for people that's less fortunate to pay a tax preparer to prepare taxes for them to complete them independently. It was very easy to navigate through the tabs and complete the processing. I will recommend turbo tax to everyone. It's not as hard as we think.
