Pain points include : terminology being unclear for filling unemployment benefits if you do not work for the government and unclear which box number they are looking for when entering adjusted gross income from the prior year.

This is my year 6 of using TurboTax Live Deluxe. Called for a question. GREAT customer service. My tax person was so very helpful.
