Rated 5 out of 5 by from Live premier option helpful I am glad I opted for the Live Premier option this year. I spoke with live agents via chat and over the phone while sharing my TurboTax screen. I was able to ask questions and get help in real time. I wish I would have done this last year and saved myself some stress. I like that TurboTax gives explanations for each section as you work through each form. Connecting to financial institutions and the ability to upload tax documents is a nice feature as well. The program could be made more fool proof when requesting information on rental properties that are also primary residence.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Product and Easy to Navigate I used Turbo Tax premier and definitely recommend considering the options available for filing and taxation. Although i would love to have lower prices for people who are filing standard deductions with other investments.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Scrolling Page When you are checking your deductions, each time you complete one section it defaults to the top of the page, but it would be so much easier and less confusing if it would default to the bottom of the page for continuing.
