Rated 1 out of 5 by from Price increase and no free e-file option I hate that Intuit already has all my info so it would take twice as long for me to prepare my taxes anywhere else. They took away the free e-file option (which wasn't really 'free') and upped the cost considerably. I wish I could get some sort of discount for coming back every year. One day I will break the chains.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is excellent. I had no problems with TurboTax this year (2022). I do wish there was a way to do a screen print of the screen after you've e-filed your taxes or TurboTax should send an email with all information included.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from TurboTax is really great and easy to use TurboTax is awesome software and it was so easy to use. Step by step instructions were so helpful and if you have any question then answers are readily available and even free live help from a tax professional is available too. It took me just under an hour to complete and file my tax return. I would highly recommend it to everyone!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not as good as previous years I normally love Turbo tax and have for several years. This year the product was not as easy and user friendly. I do not know if this Was due to tax law changing or just the way the product walks you through the process but I was not pleased. Normally I can use last years tax form upload it and just update information from this year. That was not an option this year.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Was able to make it work as I expected I like the process through the tax process. However, I wish that it did a better job on 529 plans. The process is incorrect and required modification of a calculation in the form.
