Rated 3 out of 5 by from Problems with purchase of optional modules Online purchase on Audit Protection was problematic - software says payment did not go through despite what my bank indicated that it did go through. The download/install of NJ State Partnership was also problematic and TurboTax Business acted like I did not purchase the state program even if I did and was able to download it. The state tax section also got me into a loop , forcing me to select the download for NJ state . After much time wasted troubleshooting, I found the fix on the Support Community page and was able to proceed with the State tax filing process. I DID NOT get any help from Intuit TurboTax help desk people. Automated Support system needs more improvement!
