Rated 4 out of 5 by from Turbo tax is convienient, and fast It is well prepared, looks like is easy to understand and folow issue. Last year I used Turbo tax disc. For me was better communication but the new computers don't have disc inserts.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Turbotax was buggy I was stuck in a loop, after trying to transmit my return, it would say it needed one more check, then transmit, and another one more check. After two support calls, the first one 40 minutes and the second one 60 minutes, the rep discovered that something had to be entered on the Wisconsin form itself, not the way entries are typically made. The second customer service rep was excellent though

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Discount Turbo Tax is a great tool. I wish the charge for using it Had a senior citizens discount or charge based upon whether you were receiving a refund or paying.. And I had to file 2 states and they charged for both. Discount for repeat users. Something Would be nice.
