Rated 5 out of 5 by from Turbo Tax - Accurate and Easy to Use Turbo Tax offers you options to help you determine how best to complete your taxes. It has easy to follow prompts and offers great definitions for things you may not understand. I did engage with a Tax Expert, Doris, and she was just exceptional answering all my questions and getting me on the right track. Thank you!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from First time TurboTax user I was able to navigate the site fairly easy. I had a special circumstance that required a live help expert. She quickly resolved it and guided me through it with professional courtesy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from TurboTax for Mac went downhill I've used TurboTax for Mac download for many years with great results until this year, I even purchased a new iMac to be able to continue to do this. Now I constantly get error messages and it freezes the computer while asking for an unknown password to access my keychain. Support couldn't figure it out and blamed it on the Mac OS. I later found the solution in a user thread, which worked to finish my taxes. I believe that with the number of posts on this issue Intuit should try to debug this-work with Mac if you have to. Can't say I will be using this in the future.
