Rated 2 out of 5 by from It was not worth the money Its very disturbing that turbo tax MAKES us pay in order to file our taxes. They are very deceiving when it comes to the payments and how much they will charge you. Yes its helpful when you have simple taxes but once you have one small extra thing they force you to pay. I don't think they should be charging customers for a simple tax return.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from dissapointed this year I updated my phone # in personal information area and it did not show up on the final screen which would help me know when the tracking information would have showed up. SO my older phone with a blank screen (which I cannot see) doesn't really help me. On top of this issue, to pay three times what I paid last year, I'm not thrilled about.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Still a pretty good product. I have used TT for many years, and it has usually done very well for me. I would hate to keep track of everything by hand. The only problems I had this year were some updating from past returns and a few odd errors like unchecked boxes which it didn't fill in.
