Rated 5 out of 5 by from Made tax prep too easy My taxes are a bit complex (which include things like K-1's, IRA distributions, etc.), which is why after I finished, it seem too easy. I expected it to take much longer, but was pleasantly surprised when I finished. I can't think of having any issues. It just gets better year after year...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from TurboTax did a Good Job I've used turbotax for a long time and typically recommend it. However, this year the 1040 line 11 is too large and charitable contribution is too large software errors were really disruptive for me. I paid to turbotax more than a month ago to file my taxes, but I wasn't able to do so until tonight and it took a failed customer service phone call and a lot of trial and error to resolve the problem. Tonight is one of multiple evenings where I sought to resolve the problem. I'd recommend integrating the workaround to the problem on the page providing the problem error.
